Power Boiler Pressure Part Fireside Protection

With over 30 years of experience applying power boiler tube cladding around the world, IGS has developed innovative solutions to extend the life of pressure parts of the existing CFB, BFB, grate and PC-fired boilers and to provide reliable, long-term protection with significant cost and time savings to our customers. A combination of proprietary alloys and unique application technology allows us to provide both erosion and corrosion protection to components within the coal, biomass and waste-fired power boilers.

Internal Corrosion Protection of Refinery and Chemical Pressure Vessels

We upgrade refinery, chemical and petrochemical pressure vessels alloys on-site, during shutdowns and turnarounds.

With our bespoke High Velocity Thermal Spray cladding technology, we stop acid attack, pitting, prevent hydrogen-induced cracking, stress corrosion cracking and metal dusting in amine regenerators, Merox caustic vessels, refinery columns and other pressure vessels. High Emissivity Coatings

IGS provides a wide range of online Hot-tek services (while the heater is in operation) for high-temperature production furnaces and heaters. We have extensive training and safety programs in place, designed to ensure the safety of everyone on-site as well as the reliability of the solution being applied.
