High Velocity Thermal Spray, HVTS® Solution
IGS High Velocity Thermal Spray, HVTS® Solution, extends the life of existing equipment. IGS’s HVTS® cladding upgrades existing metallurgy to higher alloys. HVTS® acts as a corrosion/erosion barrier in mission-critical equipment, including boilers, process vessels, towers and columns.
IGS alloys meet or exceed the performance characteristics of their wrought alloy analogs. We modify high-grade alloys including Inconel® 622, Inconel® 625, Inconel® 825 and Hastelloy® C276, to provide optimal material characteristics for your specific equipment and environment.
High Velocity Thermal Spray is a preferred alternative to weld metal overlay (WMO) or organics since the IGS technology is more flexible and cost-effective.

What is high velocity thermal spray?
High velocity thermal spray is Integrated Global Services’ (IGS’) proprietary technology to deposit high nobility metal alloys onto the substrate to achieve a corrosion-resistant barrier that offers greater protection than weld overlay while negating the need for heat treatment and avoiding heat-affected zones (HAZ).
