Bringing more than three decades of experience in industrial coatings, technical sales, and product development, Larry is widely recognized for his expertise in proprietary ceramic and metallurgical solutions designed to mitigate corrosion, erosion, fouling, and thermal inefficiencies. His approach blends hands-on field experience with a deep understanding of metallurgical performance and life-extension strategies, enabling operators to achieve measurable improvements in performance and uptime.
Over the past 16 years, Larry has focused extensively on the Power Generation and Petrochemical sectors, where he has led the introduction and adoption of innovative coating technologies that improve process reliability and reduce maintenance-driven outages. Larry spent 13 years with Total / Atotech in a range of technical leadership roles before joining Cetek Ceramic Coating Ltd., where he became Sales Manager in 2008. Following IGS’s acquisition of Cetek in 2018, he assumed responsibility for supporting and expanding IGS Energy Efficiency Solutions (EES) offerings, playing a key role in advancing ceramic coating technologies within essential energy and process industries.
He holds an MBA and has contributed to coating programs and product development initiatives worldwide throughout his career.
