Roger Pucheu Matos is an experienced field welding and repair specialist with over two decades of hands-on experience delivering automated welding, weld build-up, and pressure vessel restoration projects across the globe. As Project Superintendent at Integrated Global Services (IGS), Roger oversees critical onsite welding and repair operations that restore asset integrity, prevent equipment failure, and minimize downtime for energy, petrochemical, and industrial clients.

Roger joined Integrated Global Services (IGS) in 2024 as Project Superintendent, where he leads international field teams executing advanced welding and surface restoration projects. His role centers on managing the full lifecycle of on-site repair operations, from technical planning and client coordination to execution and quality control.
Prior to IGS, Roger spent over a decade with WSI EMEAA, where he served as Field Project Manager and led large-scale welding service projects for the oil, gas, and infrastructure industries.
With more than 20 years in the industrial welding sector, Roger’s leadership has been instrumental in ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative field operations for mission-critical assets worldwide.
