He oversees planning, delivery, quality management, and cost control for high-risk turnaround environments, coordinating multinational teams to ensure safe and technically rigorous execution.

With more than two decades of field experience, Lech is recognized as a senior quality authority for critical pressure equipment repairs. His background spans advanced inspection, NDT coordination, root cause analysis, and strict compliance with international codes and client standards. Having progressed from Quality Control Inspector and Site Supervisor into regional operational leadership, he brings a rare depth of hands-on technical knowledge combined with strategic project oversight.

He has led and supervised large-scale coke drum crack repairs, skirt replacements, structural reinforcements, and complex seam restorations for major refining operators worldwide, often in first-of-their-kind or technically demanding scenarios.
