IGS is pleased to announce the addition of PressureWave+™ cleaning to our portfolio of solutions for HRSGs and industrial boilers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. 

The addition expands IGS’s boiler and HRSG service offering with a specialized cleaning solution designed to address fouling in areas that can be difficult to reach using conventional methods.

Powered by technology from Bang&Clean® and delivered by IGS through an exclusive licensing and field execution agreement, PressureWave+™ uses controlled pressure waves to remove gas-side fouling from difficult-to-access areas of HRSGs and boilers. 

By dislodging deposits deep within tube bundles, PressureWave+™ can help reduce backpressure, restore heat transfer, recover lost output and improve overall plant performance, without abrasive contact with pressure parts. 

The technology can be deployed across a range of applications, including combined-cycle HRSGs, coal-fired boilers, biomass plants and Waste-to-Energy facilities, with both on-load and off-load cleaning options available depending on the application. 

This flexibility allows the cleaning approach to be adapted to different plant configurations, operating conditions and maintenance requirements.
