Andrew Kline is the Director of Technical Sales for SCR Solutions at Integrated Global Services (IGS), specializing in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems and emissions control technologies. With extensive experience across the power generation, petrochemical, and industrial sectors, Andrew helps plant operators maintain regulatory compliance, protect SCR catalysts, and optimize environmental performance through engineered solutions including SCR screens and industrial air cannon systems.

His work focuses on solving some of the most costly environmental challenges facing heavy industries today, from catalyst plugging and fouling to unplanned outages driven by NOx exceedances, delivering solutions that keep plants running cleanly and efficiently.

Andrew has built his career at IGS, progressing through roles of increasing technical and commercial responsibility, becoming one of the company’s foremost experts in SCR reactor performance and emissions management. His trajectory at IGS has included:

At the core of Andrew’s expertise is a deep understanding of SCR catalyst protection and the mitigation of fouling-related performance loss. Catalyst plugging, caused by lint-like refractory fibers accumulating on SCR catalyst faces, can drive unplanned outages costing facilities up to $1 million per day. Andrew’s work centers on deploying IGS’s CatFlow® catalyst screens, LPA screens, and air cannon systems to prevent this buildup, maintaining optimal NOx reduction, minimizing pressure drop across reactors, and extending catalyst life.

Since the early 2000s, IGS has installed hundreds of NoNOx LPA screens in front of SCRs, helping power and chemical plants maintain better output and avoid costly shutdowns. Andrew has overseen many of these projects, providing technical guidance from root cause analysis through to installation and ongoing performance monitoring.

Andrew is also an active voice in the industry. In 2022, he authored a widely referenced technical case study on SCR catalyst plugging in methane reformers, published in Process and Control Today. In 2025, he presented at the REINHOLD/PCUG Conference in Columbus, Ohio, delivering Workshop 25: “SCR & LPA Screen Improvement Projects at APS Four Corners Units 4 & 5” alongside Arizona Public Service (APS).

Andrew studied at Virginia Commonwealth University and brings a strong combination of engineering rigor, client advisory skill, and business development leadership to his role at IGS.
